Social Media Posting
- SOCi allows you to schedule and post all of your social media in one place, including Google Business Profile.
- The Arlington standard is to post a minimum of 12 posts per month. Note – this may vary per ownership entity.

Reviews and Responses

- The Arlington standard is to respond within 24 hours of the review.
- An email notification will be sent to the Community Manager and the Regional Manager when a new review is received.
- Reviews with 1-3 stars must be approved within the SOCi platform by the Regional Manager.
Request New Users
- Please submit a Freshdesk ticket. Only Community Managers are automatically granted SOCi access. Adding any user other than a Community Manager requires Regional Manager approval—please obtain approval before submitting the request and include the Regional Manager’s approval with the ticket.
SOCi Go! App

- Search for "SOCi Go!" in the app store of your choice, click to download, and within moments, you'll be ready to seamlessly log into your SOCi user account.
- Before accessing the app, users are required to log in to their account on a desktop or laptop to set up password credentials.
- Once this initial step is completed, you can effortlessly utilize the app for all your posting needs, providing you with greater flexibility and efficiency.
