How to Order
1. Open the Online Mystery Shop Order Link above.
2. Log in if prompted.
3. Select the type of mystery shop needed: On-Site, Phone, or Internet Shop.
4. For On-Site or Phone shops, select the appropriate option (such as targeted vs. non-targeted and standard vs. rush, where available).
5. We recommend that shops be recorded (either audio or video)
6. Add the shop to your cart and proceed to checkout.
7. Complete the requested community/order information and submit the order.
Shop Options
Shop Type | What It Evaluates |
On-Site | An undercover on-site visit evaluating leasing performance, Fair Housing compliance, and curb appeal. Targeted and non-targeted options are available. |
Phone | A shopper places a phone call and evaluates leasing skills. Targeted and non-targeted options are available. |
Internet Shop | A shopper submits an inquiry through the community website or an approved ILS and evaluates response time, grammar, and salesmanship. |
