What is CodeTwo?

CodeTwo is a powerful email signature management tool that allows us to design, control, and deploy email signatures across our entire organization. This will help us maintain a consistent and professional appearance in all our communications, including emails sent from mobile devices & Outlook on the web.

Why CodeTwo?

With CodeTwo, we can:

- Ensure uniform email signatures for everyone, on every device.

- Easily update and manage signatures from one central location.

- Enhance each operating company’s brand visibility and consistency in every email we send.

How does it work?

CodeTwo will use information connected to your Active Directory account to populate your email signatures. This includes:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Address (Primary Community or corporate address)
  • Job Title
  • Company
  • Office (Primary Community Name)
  • Credentials – CAM, CPM, ACoM, etc.

*To ensure the validity of credentials displayed in your signature, your Regional Manager must submit a personnel action form (PAF) via Paycom.

Verify Data & Update Data

You can view the information that will be displayed for your account by visiting https://user.codetwo.com/

If you support multiple communities, you can add your Secondary Office there as well.

Please note only the address of your primary community will display in your signature

If there needs to be an adjustment to your Office, Phone, or Title, please email help@dataperk.com and they will be able to make the adjustment

Mobile Compatibility

Great news for those frequently on the go: CodeTwo fully supports mobile devices! When you use the official Outlook app on your iOS or Android device, your email will include your professional signature, just as they would from your desktop. This ensures our professional appearance remains consistent, no matter how you choose to communicate.

The mobile signature will ONLY work with the official Outlook for iOS/Android applications. The native Mail app on iOS and Android are not supported.
