For security purposes, Apartments.com is not allowed to set up your log in. The login process is fairly simple. Just follow the 2 steps below: People who have tried the “add property” have said it doesn’t work.
- Go To www.Apartments.com
Click “Sign Up” at the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
Complete the form with First, Last, and Email address (be sure to check the box marked “I am an industry professional” and choose property manager.
- **Once you have completed the sign-up process, email the following
Subject line: Please connect my account
Body: Good morning support, please connect my admin portal access to (property name and address if not in your email signature)
You will receive an email back when the account is connected. If you have any issues gaining access, please let me know.
