Reminders & Clarifications!
- Be sure to make your asks for Gift Cards for Amplify!
- P2P Credit Memo Submission
- The issue with the "Type" box being greyed out in an invoice register to change from Invoice to Credit has been resolved. You should now be able to change to Credit if you have a credit memo to enter. Please make sure to use a positive number in the Amount box when you change to a credit.
- Please note that this is only applicable for credit memos - if you receive refund checks, these can be scanned in as a non-tenant receipt via CheckScan and coded to "conmisc". If you do not have a checkscanner, please reach out to your accountant for further guidance.
